Devin reading on the balcony at night, Tel Aviv behind him

Tel Aviv

Hunter by day.Builder by night.Abba always.

I’m Devin. I lead a team of sales hunters, build my own AI apps after bedtime, and write down what I built every night.

The rooms

A life in seven rooms, in the order they matter.

Most personal sites start with the job. Mine starts with my family, then God, my body and my friends. The building comes after that, on purpose.

The pulse

The score, retired.

From May to October my agents scored every day out of ten: sleep, training, prayer, family, what I promised and what I kept. The busier the building got, the lower it went. It measured workouts and checklists, and a sprint eats exactly those. So I kept the dashboard and dropped the headline. These are its last sixty nights. Tap a bar to read one.

01 · Family

Daphna, Lior & Sox.

Daphna is my wife and the best decision I ever made. Lior is our son, a toddler who turned me into a morning person. Sox is the cat, and he has never once been told no.

Everything else on this site exists to buy us more evenings together.

  • RuleHome for bath time. The laptop opens after bedtime.
  • DailyOne real question for Daphna, and one minute that is only Lior’s.
  • TitleAbba. Best job I’ve had.

02 · God

God before email.

Tefillin go on before the laptop opens. A little learning most days, even the busy ones. And on Shabbat the phone goes in a drawer, the agents stop posting, and this site goes quiet with them.

03 · Body

Lift. Roll. Swim.

Strength most mornings, jiu-jitsu when the week allows, and the Mediterranean whenever it’s warm enough to call it training.

On my worst days, the body is the one thing that still shows up. So that’s where I start.

  • TrainStrength · HIIT · jiu-jitsu · the sea
  • TrackedSleep, HRV and load, straight off the watch into the day score
  • FloorLift anyway. Motivation is optional; the session isn’t.

04 · Friends

Meat Night, with the lads.

A long table, a grill, and far too much meat. Friendship is the one room you can’t automate, so I don’t try. I just built an app for the receipts.

Medium-rare, loud, and nobody checked a phone. Ten out of ten. Would char again.

05 · The Forge

Nineteen apps, after bedtime.

Between bedtime and midnight I build, with Claude as my engineering team. Every app runs one part of our life, and each one copies the best app in its genre.

Behind them sits Bru, one agent on an old MacBook in Tel Aviv running 144 scheduled jobs: the morning brief, the evening news, the nightly log you’re reading.

Life OS

One number for the whole day: sleep, training, prayer, family, food.

Anchorman

My news. Trusted outlets only, and one evening edition at nine.

PuP fest

A song a day about our life. The lyrics go through a writers’ room first.

Meat Night

The lads’ table. A butcher bot keeps the verdicts and the roasts.

Vibe

What’s on this weekend for a family of three in Tel Aviv.

Wormy

The reading list, synced from the Kindle.

Earshot

Podcasts in, notes out.

Floopify

Photo books from the family library, printed and shipped.

Compound

Investing the long way. A chart, a thesis, no noise.

Shitshow

The household: parcels, groceries, the weekly stock-up.

Smoke Show

A video studio where my AI twin does the talking.

Mindfuck

Ten quiet minutes, with a futuristic coat of paint.

06 · Work

Skilled hunter. Leading skilled hunters.

By day I lead a sales development team at a B2B software company. We open the doors: find the right companies, reach the right people, and earn the first real conversation.

  1. 01Hire for hunger, then build the craft around it.
  2. 02Earn the first message. Know why them, and why now.
  3. 03Protect the human part. The conversation is the job.

07 · The Build

One guy, two Macs, too many agents.

The Build is the story told as it happens: one short entry a night, written from what actually shipped. What I built, what broke, what it taught me, and what’s next.
